The disease also can reduce body immune system. To prevent the emergence of migraine attacks, sufferer must change the life-style, below are some tips as migraine headache prevention:
1. Avoid the trigger from a certain food.
2. Sleep with enough time (7-9 hours at night) but not excessive.
